During P.E lesson today, we had to train for our NAPFA test.We were asked to train our 2.4km by running a slow jog (the speed that we can maintain) I had no strength when I was halfway there.However, Jacqueline told me to keep on running.After that when we finally finished running, many of us were "gasping for air" and all that running made us tired and thirsty.Miss Goh told us to do 15 sit up and push up.At that time, I can feel that the muscle in my stomach were stretching.After the exercises,I can feel the pain in my stomach.

Next, we had Poa.At first Mrs Goh told us that tere will be a test tomorrow.But after much consideration,luckily the test was postponed to next monday.

We had English lesson after that,we were asked to go to computer lab 4.When we reached ther, Mr Wee was already there waiting for us.When the class had all arrived,he told us to print out 10 of our blog posts and hand in to him by the end of the lesson.

After English we had Math.Miss Tan went through with us worksheets on vectors.After that, she gave us homework based on the math textbook.Finally,we had social studies.Miss Rafiyah gave us back our test papers and went through with us for 40 minutes.After that, Xin Yi group was asked to present slides on Venice.

Sharizah and me went to greenridge after school to have our lunch.We saw Yeo Liand, Dzul, Wee Siong and Chin Peng there too.We ate at KFC.I ordered a shroom burger meal while Sharizah ordered a combo value meal.After eating, we went back to school for art club.

We had workshop again and this time we were asked to make a "Tape Sculpture".Our instructor, Mr Raimi helped us revised and gave us instruction on how to make a perfect sculpture by using plastic.We were to bring along recycled plastics for the next lesson.After the sculpture had been done, Mdm Wee will display them in the school.

This article was about the mine explosion in Shanxi and that this pre-dawn blast is worst mining mishap since 2007.This gas explosion had killed at least 74 miners in the worst accident in more than one year.60 miners were still trapped underground and were only rescued hours later.A total of 114 miners were still hospitalised.This accident had happened once too in Shanxi where 105 people were killed.Most of the miners who were rushed to the hospital had suffered carbon monoxide poisoning.Doctors said that exposure to this odourless and colourless gascan lead to death.

After reading this report,I felt quite touched when I noticed that there were still dozens of rescuers gone underground in search of the people who are still missing.No matter how difficult the situation is in, they still do everything possible to save those who are still trapped.Indeed these people were noble.

I went to Northpoint today with my parents and brother.My father drove us there and me and my brother sat at the back of the lorry.When we were reaching Northpoint it rained cats and dogs suddenly and the rain came splashing in and we were drenched.I was trembling as it was cold.

We went for our lunch when we reached there.I had pattaya rice with sweet and sour fish.It looked nice and tasted yummy too. We went to popular next,I saw Season .I met her when I was working in BPP popular.She was in charge of the chinese and english electronic dictionary counter.After a while, she was transferred to the popular in Northpoint.My brother and I both bought a mini cashbox each.(pink/blue)

We bought breads from Four Leaves.(for me to bring it to school)hehe...We went home after that.

When I went home,I rested for a while and I started doing my notes for social studies.I finally finished doing it .Yippee

My cousins also came to my house too...

Yesterday.During our English period,we were us to do cross puzzle on the computer.Mr Wee told us that each group will have a turn to play the game.However, once you heard sounds such as glass breaking,you will have to stopped and the next group would have their turn.Thjis continued over and over again.He also gave each group a coupon each.This was used for a free answer and can only be use once.He also used "The Hat" to choose which group will go first.When we started the game, everyone was excited and when one group made a mistake, the rest of the groups would cheer.In the end, Erwin's group won. Overall, I enjoyed the game and looked forward to more.

Today we had the usual lessons.First, we had English.We were asked to arranged ourselves into groups of five by Mr Wee. Our group members are : Sharizah,Jacqueline, Zhi yun and me.At first, Mr Wee showed us a video and we were asked to watched the video and also fill in the blanks on the crosswords puzzle / cloze passage at the same time.We had difficulty doing it as we could not find any words that matches the sentence.Even if we knew what was the answer, it just doesn't seem to fit in the box.When the bell rang at 9.00am. We were to hand in the worksheet.

We had mother tongue after that. We were given back our common test and I did quite well in it.At that time, I was pleased with myself. Next was our recess time.Jac, Sharizah and me went to the canteen to have "breakfast".I had prawn noodles and it was delicious.

We had Mathematics after that followed by Chemistry.During the Chemistry lesson, Mrs Yeo taught us a new topic on "Mole Concept". It was hard to understand them.

Finally, we had Poa.As usual,Mrs Goh went through with the worksheet that she stopped halfway the last lesson (Single Entry) However, I still had doubts on it.

We were dismissed.However, we had to stay back for Chemistry practical.We were requested to do experiment on cations.The experiment was fun. When I added sodium hydroxide to copper (2) sulphate , the colour changes was extremely wonderful. It turned from a light blue to a dark blue.Sharizah had captured a photo of it.

As it was thursday, we had our study group.Halfway through the group, I went to the library with Dzul and Wee Siong to do our composition and the error of identification on criterion.(only Jacqueline and Sharizah were left)We also saw Erwin ,Wan Zhen,Meng Yang and Lettice.When I finished printing the worksheets,It was around 4 plus.When I went back to our study group,we were preparing to went home.In the end, I went home to revised on my Mathematics as we had level test the next day.

Today after school dismissal,I went to Bukit Panjang Plaza with Zhi Yun,Sharizah and Qiu Jin.As were there to buy our last book of the continous story of Twilight, Breaking Dawn.We took the LRT there as the weather was warm.When we reached there, We saw some of the staff there. I knew them because I worked in popular during the schoolholidays last year together with Meng Yang and Sharizah.Hehe...We were there for about half an hour.After that,Sharizah and I went back to school as we had art club at 3.30pm,while Qiu Jin and Zhi Yun went home.

This article is telling us about young people marking their bodies with more than just tattoos.These youngsters would undergoes Micro-dermal piercings,spilt tongues and even scarification and implants in order to make themselves look different from others.A lady at the age of 19 had carved the scar of a wing on her upper right arm.Despite the pain,she added that she did not regret it.Doctors also say that these youngsters are toying themselves with various risk.They could get bacterial infection such as HIV or virulent bacteria. Teenager as young as 16 are also doing this.I think that they are sort of daring and courages. For me,I will never do such things to put myself in risk.In addition,there are various ways to make yourselves stand out from the others instead of damaging your skin.

Today is valetine day. I went to celebrate with my friends,Sharizah and Jacqueline. We met at 1.15pm at Senja LRT.I saw Kiong Huat and Boon Hao on the way.Then we went to Ten Mile Junction to buy a bottle of grape juice and also a box of calbury dairy milk chocolate.After that, we went to zhenghua park and sort of having a "picnic".Sharizah brought along deep fried golden chicken and also sandwiches.It was delicious.Jacqueline brought tidbits.We took pictures of the food and also ourselves. By the way, we also saw Qian Hui and her sister.Jacqueline and I after that went aside to discuss the birthday plans for Sharizah.Of course, it was a secret. Shhh...

Our first lesson of the day is Chemistry.Mrs Yeo gave us back our notes on energy changes for us to do corrections.Of course and also to study for our common test today.She also went through with us all the topic that we need to revise on.Then after that we have English lesson,Mr Wee again go through with us the comprehension that we stopped half-way yesterday.We have recess after that and I ate the cake that I brought from home for breakfast.During the POA lesson,Mrs Goh gave us back our test paper on disposal of account.You know what?I JUST PASSED IT!!!! After going through our test paper,she continued with the worksheet that we supposed to do as homework.Then we have phyics followed by mother tongue and geography.Mdm Howe had told us to work in pairs to do the cutting and pasting of the new chapter that she going to teach us.WE HAD LOTS OF FUN!!! But also extremely.....-_- Then,it was what we finally waited for....THE DISMISSAL!!! However,we still had physics and chemistry common test from 2.30 to 3.30. After the test Sharizah, Jacqueline, Erwin ,Dzul and me went to our territory to have a study group.At about 5 plus we went home.

I have a new English teacher in the year 2009.He is Mr Wee.When I first heard that he is going to teach our class,I was shocked as I thought that he is a strict and is not so easy- going.However,after knowing him for 2 months, he is actually quite a fun, easy going and humorous teacher.He had taught us various things on how to do well in our composition.Such as we must include our thoughts and feelings and emotions into the essay so as to make the article more appealing. One of his favourites phrases is,"Don' t Just say,Show".Over all, I am glad to have him as our English teacher.

Today we had our lesson as usual.During Math lesson, our math teacher, Miss Tan gave us back our test paper.I passed it.After that, we had cme, physics,social studies and lastly mother tongue.When we were dismissed , I went home first as we had art club and chemistry night class.I went back to school after showering and eating.When i went to our class, Mrs Oh were in the class teaching some of our classmates physics.I also went there and listen to her. After her lesson, Sharizah and me went to art club.We had to attend a workshop known as "How to Re-Use Materials in ART".Bascially we were first asked to cut out pictures from the magazines and paste it on to a half drawing block. The teacher, Mr Tan who was teaching us told us to leave the pictures aside first.He gave everyone a piece of drawing block and tape it such that it had two by three column.After that , he told us to make different patterns on the drawing block by using forks, a sponge, a string and many more. We started making the patterns , mine was like terrible .At about 5.30, we were us to pack up then after that he brief us on what to bring on the next lesson(pictures on technology and nature )Sharizah and I walked to the bench near the fountains to do our homework.The night class started at 6.30 so as we had not yet eat our dinner , we ask Dzul to help us buy food for us.When Mrs Yeo came,we walked to the canteen and start doing the papers that she printed for us.Wan Zhen and me were stuck halfway and we approached Sharizah for help.She explained to us till we understand.It was so nice of her.At about 8 plus we were dismissed. I reached home at about 9pm .

Went to school as usual.Meet sharizah, jacqueline and zhi yun at the traffic light and then went class together.We have geography first. However, Mdm Howe never came school today so we have a relief teacher and he gave us worksheets to do.After that we had math.In math lesson, we had a math quiz but luckily i got a 7 out of 8 . Then it was recess time.Again it was Poa lesson . Haiz , thought that teacher forgot about our test but in the end someone reminded her and we had to take the test.After poa we had mother tougue followed by English . Mr wee made the lesson interesting by telling us with jokes and stories about his son. I quite enjoy the lesson. Finally, we had lifeskills which is about sexuality talk.The teacher told us about the consequences of having sex, the law and pictures of baby after abortion.It was so nauseating.(",)
